Terms and conditions for booking self-service and no-serve cabins DNT

Free cancellation for all bookings up to 5 days before arrival without charge.

Guests cancel their reservations themselves by logging into “My Page” in the booking system where the stay was booked. (Example: Stay on Friday must be cancelled by Sunday at 23:59 at the latest)

Cancellations made 0-4 days before arrival will be charged in full.

Cancellations 0-4 days are sent/notified to cabin /union as soon as possible.

To claim the bed you have booked, you must arrive by 1900 on the day of the booking. After 1900, all beds will be available to guests who have not booked. If you arrive after 1900, other available beds or a mattress on the floor will be used if the bed you have booked is occupied. You must bring a receipt showing which cabin , day, and bed you have booked.

You must clean and wash yourself out of the room and possibly cabin by 12:00 on the day of departure.

Bed reservation on a cabin can be moved to another date and/or another of DNT's self- and no-serve cabins in the same area within a period of 5 days before and after the original arrival date. Please note that you have not booked a bed and must either use a free bed (after 7 pm) or another available mattress. Does NOT apply to cabins where a full booking is made. cabin .

The cabins can be open or locked with a DNT key or special key. More information about open/locked cabin and key is stated on ut.no, or in the booking confirmation.

When arriving at the cabin, everyone must sign in the visitor log, even those who have booked in advance.
